Das Lanparty-Addon ermöglicht es euch, Lan-Events mit hilfe des deV!L'z Clanportal zu verwalten.

Besucher eurer Seite können sich für eine Lan direkt über die Seite anmelden (Registrierung ist jedoch Pflicht). User die das Recht habe, Lan-Events zu verwalten bekommen automatisch eine E-Mail, mit der Info, dass sich jemand für eine Lan angemeldet hat.
Jenachdem wie Ihr die Settings gesetzt habt, wird der neu angemeldet User gleich für die Lan freigegeben, oder es muss eine manuelle Freigabe durch einen Admin erfolgen.

Des Weiteren kann der Admin den Zahlstatus der einzelnen User ändern (Sprich: hat der User bereits den Eintritt gezahlt oder nicht).

Features
  • Lan-Events lassen sich über das Adminmenü verwalten
  • umfangreiche Detail-Infos können für eine Lan hinterlegt werden (z.B. Location, Beschreibung, max. Teilnehmerzahl, Raucherbereich vorhanden ...)
  • Link zu Google Routenplaner in der Detailansicht einer Lan vorhanden (Location wird als Ziel gesetzt)
  • User können sich direkt über die Seite für eine Lan anmelden
  • Admins bekommen automatisch eine Nachricht, sobald sich jemand für eine Lan angemeldet hat
  • User bekommen eine Nachricht über den aktuellen Stand ihrer Anmeldung
  • Warte- und Teilnehmerliste integriert (im Adminmenü deaktivierbar)
  • Anmeldung für vergangene (oder geschlossene) Lanpartys nicht möglich
  • neu angemeldete User können direkt nach der Anmeldung für eine Lan freigegeben werden, oder Freigabe erfolgt manuell durch einen Admin
  • integriertes Paycheck-System (Eintritt gezahlt oder nicht)
